Verify your identity & submit a port request
Once your account is active, raise a service request with Cooee to port your existing UK mobile number. Obtain your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your current provider and share it with our team so we can initiate the transfer.
We manage the port
Our team will process your UK number porting request using the PAC code you provide and guide you through the next steps. We'll help coordinate the transfer process and keep you informed if any further action is required. Most transfers are completed within 3-5 business days.
